Sir,
Sorrowfully I, Rabi Roy, a resident of your area, inform you that yesterday at about 11 A.M. unfortunately a file of my important documents was lost. The file consisted of some of my important documents. Yesterday, while I was traveling by a bus named ‘Rajani’ bearing the number WB06-6543 from Narayanpur to Malda, I was carrying the file with me. Keeping the bag in which the file included aside, I comfortably sat on the seat. But when I got down from the bus at the Malda bus-stop, I surprisingly noticed in the bag that the file of my some important documents was missing. I searched every nook and corner of the bus, but all my efforts were futile. I could not find any trace of my file. I also asked the conductor and all the passengers got down from the bus, but none could help me.
So, as the last resort I now seek your help. The file included some important documents– Secondary Mark-sheet, Certificate and Admit Card, Ration Card, Pan Card, ATM Card, ID Card etc. I will be highly obliged to you if you look into the matter as soon as possible.
Place : Alal, Malda Yours faithfully,
Date : 6th June, 2023 Raja Roy
