Sir,
As the school captain I, Raja Roy, a student of class-xii of your institution, on behalf of all students of the school, sorrowfully inform you that our school library is in deplorable condition at present. Most of the time the librarian of the school is absent. Frequently the library remains closed. So we cannot use the library in need. Most of the books remaining in the library are old and tattered. Besides there is no availability of text and reference books in our library. So we cannot get the facility of our library properly. Above all there are many poor students in our school who cannot buy these high priced reference books.
So I, on behalf of all the students of our school, request you to kindly improve the condition of our school library and make more variety of books especially text and reference books available in the library as soon as possible for the betterment of the poor students and for better results of all the students of our school.
