Early rising is a good habit. It brings freshness and inspires activity in our life. It gives us good health and long life. It is the best time for praying to the Almighty Allah. Early rising gives a good start to a man’s daily work. An early riser can finish a large amount of work before others’ getting out of bed. He has enough time under his control and he is not in hurry over any part of work. He can get all his work thoroughly done in time. An early riser gets out of bed with fresh energy. To him work is a joy not a burden. Early morning is the time for healthy exercise. In the early morning many early risers do exercises to keep themselves fit and healthy and they get more time to exercise at this time. Walking in the morning in the open fresh air is very pleasant. It is good for our health. Besides, an early riser can enjoy nature’s calm and serene beauty. He can enjoy the sweet songs of the early bird, the sights of fresh fragrant blooming flowers, the diamond dews on the green grass, pollution free air and the mesmerizing golden rays of the rising sun. All these refresh the mind and body of the early riser and make him fit for working hard. So goes the good saying : “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” The saying suggestively brings out the usefulness of early rising. Everyone should acquire the habit of early rising from childhood.
