Setting up a Cheap School Canteen

Sir,
Most respectfully I, on behalf of the students of our school, approach you with the following proposal for your kind consideration.
Sorrowfully I inform you that we have no canteen yet in our school campus. Though it is a problem for all students, it has become a great problem for the students of higher classes [IX-XII] because they are not under the Midday Meal Scheme. As we have no canteen, we face many problems in getting food and other food stuff especially in tiffin break. We have to walk to the only small food shop far away from our school campus where food items are so much costly. Sometimes the teachers rebuke us for gathering around the shop. Sometimes it is risky to cross the road. Occasionally the shop remains closed. Had there been a canteen in our school campus, we would have spared these inconveniences.
In this circumstances, I, on behalf of all students, request you to kindly set up a cheap canteen within the campus as soon as possible so that the students of higher classes [IX-XII] specially may be benefitted from this cheap canteen.
