Sir,
I beg to inform you that my bicycle was stolen at 10 A.M. yesterday at Malda bus-stop. It was a ‘Hero Jet’ bicycle of black colour which I bought only a week ago. Keeping the bicycle against the banyan tree near the SBI ATM counter, I entered the counter for withdrawal of money. Within two minutes I returned and found my cycle missing. I searched every nook and corner, but all my efforts were futile. I could not find any trace of my bicycle. I also asked all the people around the ATM counter, but none could help me. So, as the last resort I now seek your help. The cycle bears the number H12345. I can also produce the cash-memo which proves my ownership.
Finally, I earnestly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible so that I can get back my bicycle. I will be highly obliged to you if you take an immediate step.
