We regret to remind you that you acknowledged our order dated March 20, 2023 and agreed to deliver the books by April 20, 2023. But the books have not reached us yet. This is causing great inconvenience for our students.
In this critical situation, we regret to inform you that unless the delivery is made within a week from the receipt of this letter, we will be compelled to cancel the order. Moreover, we shall take action for recovery of any loss which may sustain for non-delivery of books within the stipulated time.
Since we trust you, we hope you will make every effort to deliver the books as desired.
