Sir,
I am sorry to tell you that all the boxes of cricket set which I have purchased from your company are found some of the equipments defective or damaged. The equipments inside the boxes are broken and some have absorbed moisture. Today when we have opened the boxes, we found that case. These goods are unfit for playing.
In this circumstances, I request you to kindly replace the damaged goods by fresh ones at your earliest, or refund the amount I have paid for the goods.
