TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATION

Buniadpur, 6th September, 23 : Like every year this year also the students of ABC High School observed Teachers’ Day with pomp and splendour. On the occasion of the great teacher, thinker and philosopher, Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan’s birthday (5th September) the day is celebrated to show the beautiful relationship between students and teachers. On the occasion, the school building was beautifully decorated with flowers and festoons. No normal class was held. Senior students took the junior classes. The students handed over some valuable gifts to the teachers in memory. All the teachers blessed the students to be successful in every step in their life. In the second half of the day, a short but interesting cultural programme was held in the school hall. Songs, recitations and instrumental music were performed by some students as well as teachers. Then a meeting and discussion was held where the teachers and the students expressed their views about the importance of the day. The function came to an end with the distribution of sweets to all present in the hall.
