[For Annual School Magazine]

All the students of our school are hereby informed that the Magazine Committee of our school is going to publish the annual school magazine this year in the first week of January. The students are requested to submit their creative articles, such as poems, short-stories, essays etc. to the undersigned on or before 4th January. The length of the articles should not exceed 400 words. All articles should be written on one side of the full-scape paper. Copied articles from any printed documents are strictly prohibited. The students are also informed that they can submit their drawings too. In the matter of selection of the items the decision of the committee will be final. For further information, you may contact to the undersigned.
