Sir,
I beg to inform you that my mobile phone was lost yesterday at about 10 A.M. It was a ‘VIVO Z5’ android mobile phone peach pink in colour which I bought only a week ago. Keeping the handset in my pocket, yesterday I was traveling by a bus named ‘Rajani’ bearing the number WB06-6543 from Narayanpur to Malda. But when I got down from the bus at the Malda bus-stop, I surprisingly found my pocket empty without my phone. I searched every nook and corner of the bus, but all my efforts were futile. I could not find any trace of my mobile phone. I also asked the conductor and all passengers got down from the bus, but none could help me.
So, as the last resort I now seek your help. The handset bears the manufacturing number M2600C3LB and date 24th July, 2023. I can also produce the cash-memo which proves my ownership.
Finally, I earnestly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible so that I can get mobile phone back. I will be highly obliged to you if you take an urgent step to recover the mobile phone.
